Pricing
One fixed price per errand within 10 km, covering one pick-up and one drop-off. You see the total before you confirm.
Groceries & pharmacy are priced like the big delivery apps: delivery from €2.99 (up to 3 km), €3.99 (up to 6 km) or €4.99 (up to 10 km), plus a service fee of 10% of your shopping (€0.99 to €2.99) and €2 for priority within 60 minutes. Spend €20 to €200.
Overnight, from midnight to 7am, urgent errands go to the nearest available runner as fast as possible rather than under the 60-minute promise. The fuel charge and night charge go in full to your runner.
